How To Make Yourself Sick

How to make yourself sick is not really a question you should be asking yourself.  There are many ways to get yourself sick, and if you do get sick, you could miss out on important events in your life, like the day you need to turn in your science report, or the day you're visiting an annoying relative. Or maybe you want to go the doctor's office for whatever reason... Either way, you shouldn't attempt to get sick on purpose, because it can obviously be dangerous to your health. (I mean, did you think that getting sick would end up making you healthier? Duh.) It is usually better to avoid illness in the first place. You can even use these tips here, and avoid them so that you don't get sick,

One thing you can do is find someone else who is sick already, and hang out with them in hopes that you will catch their cold/flu. Ignore their claims about how miserable they are, or how much they wish they would give to lose their cold. Try to share food with them, eating from the same utensils, or even the same straw. Get close to them, close enough for them to breathe on you. If they cough or sneeze, then make sure to get in their way so that all of the infectious germs can easily go into your body. It is important that you do these things a couple of days before the event you want to skip, because it may take some time before the sickness really starts to take effect.

If there aren't any sick people within convenience, or you just don't like them, you can eat or drink something in hopes of getting sick. Drinking lots and lots of water can make you nauseous, though there's no guarantee that you will puke it up. However, if you do, that should be enough incentive for your parents to keep you locked up at home. Just make sure that you chug it instead of lots of little sittings. If you did that, then you would be as healthy as when you started. There are some things that you could eat that would render you unfit for large events. Eating raw eggs would get you to throw up. If you have anything in your fridge that is moldy or way past its expiration date, then you could eat that and get sick. Raw steak and other meats have the tendency to harm the consumer. However you may not wish to attempt these feats, as they may not be worth the consequence. You would be puking and pooping constantly throughout the next couple of days as your body tries to get rid of the toxins. If you are old enough to legally drink, you can get really drunk so that the next morning you will have a hangover. Hangover symptoms are a lot like that of the flu.

You don't have to get your body to be sick, you could also get your mind to be sick. Staying up all night will not only make you feel tired, it will make you look kind of sick. If you cough on purpose all night, then your throat will be sore the next morning, and you'll keep your parents all night. They won't think you were coughing on purpose, and when they see you the next morning with your tired look and sore throat will really buy your act. Stress and anxiety can also take a toll on your health, so if you spend a lot of time worrying about whatever event that you are trying to avoid, and what would happen if your parents found out you were trying to get sick, then all that worrying will take physical shape and you will feel kind of sick. All of these things are pretty easy to avoid, but also easy to accomplish if you set your mind to it.  How to make yourself sick should be a blueprint for things not to do, not things to do.
